The process of upgrading the 30-bed Palus Rural Hospital to a 50-bed Sub-District Hospital is currently underway to enhance healthcare services. A review meeting was held to assess the progress of the project, attended by District Surgeon Dr. Vikramsingh Kadam, Additional District Surgeon Dr. Sarangkar, and other dignitaries.
Given the increasing population in the Palus Taluka, the existing rural hospital has become insufficient. The establishment of a 50-bed Sub-District Hospital will greatly benefit the patients. Discussions were held regarding the structured planning of the new building and other essential aspects. Additionally, details about the hospital’s layout and required medical facilities were reviewed.
